Matt is an experienced leader, coach and advisor whose passion is elite performance. He helps clients get the right talent in the right roles to achieve their business strategy.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matt was Global Head of Executive Assessment at Goldman Sachs. He led teams of advisors to identify, calibrate and close professional development needs across the firm’s Partners and aspiring Partners.

As a senior assessor and executive coach, Matt accelerates the professional growth of his clients at pivotal moments in their careers including joining firms, undergoing role transitions, and taking on strategic challenges.

Matt graduated from Cambridge University with a First Class Honours Degree in Experimental Psychology and from University of London with a Masters with Distinction in Occupational Psychology.

He is a member of the British Psychological Society and accredited on their Register of Qualifications in Test Use; he is an experienced practitioner of psychometrics including Hogan HPI, HDS, MVPI, FIRO-B and MBTI.

He was recently a Trustee of Steps Worldwide, the leading charity for those affected by childhood lower limb conditions.
