With a combination of c-level strategy, operating, and human capital expertise, he focuses on addressing complex leadership and business challenges across the talent ecosystem in public and private companies.

Previously, Matt worked at another global leadership advisory and search firm, serving clients in the technology, services, and private equity industries. He also held leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Offerpad, a real estate technology company, and as Chief Financial Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a global economic development fund. Additionally, Matt has served as a board member for a private equity-backed company and three public-private organizations.

Earlier in his career, Matt worked in private equity investment, management consulting, and startup roles where he focused on software and tech-enabled services.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree from George Washington University. He has a passion for leadership and mission-driven causes, both in his professional and personal life. With extensive experience living and working in Latin America and Asia, Matt brings a global perspective to his work.
