Over the last decade, he has worked with CXOs & senior leaders across Southeast Asia, India, Europe and the Americas in the areas of leadership capabilities, organization effectiveness and business growth. He has led multiple engagements on enabling leadership mindset shifts and embedding new leadership practices that help transform the organization culture.

A few organizations whose senior leadership teams Mathew has facilitated workshops for include Shell, Bosch, Dow Chemicals, Pfizer, CRISIL, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Hindustan Cocoa Cola, Prodapt, Sterling Wilson, Ferrero Rocher, Pernod Ricard and Beam Suntory among others.

Mathew is a certified coach – both from the Coach Training Institute and the Neuroleadership Institute – USA in addition to holding certifications in multiple psychometric tools for leadership assessment and feedback including Hogan, KFLS, MBTI, BarOn EQ-I, Thomas Kilmann etc.

Mathew completed a business management program from IIM Calcutta, India, and holds Masters in Mass Communication from the Central University of Hyderabad, India.

He regularly speaks at seminars and conferences and is an adjunct faculty of Organisation Development at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
