Dr. Misciagna has worked with leading global Financial Services companies as well as organizations in Media and Entertainment, Healthcare, Software, Government, and non-profits.

Dr. Misciagna worked with many leading financial services organizations to guide them on the organizational aspects of strategy implementation, along with deep experience in IT transformation.

Dr. Misciagna assisted multiple technology organizations in refining their capabilities and structure to drive business strategy improved business support, and/or reduced costs.

Dr. Misciagna led a team that assessed and supported multiple business units’ IT and data/analytics teams on behalf of a global financial service company’s corporate headquarters.

Dr. Misciagna brings over thirty years of consulting and leadership experience to Korn Ferry’s Advisory practice.  Before joining Korn Ferry Dr. Misciagna was a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice, an Associate Partner at IBM, filled various leadership roles in other consulting organizations, the US Postal Service, Times Mirror Co., PepsiCo, and the US Army.

Dr. Misciagna has a PhD in Organization and Management and an MBA specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University, as well as a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NY.
