Mr. Hallee assists healthcare clients by helping them to align their total rewards programs for physicians, advanced practice providers, executives, and staff to the strategic objectives of the organization.

Marc works closely with clients to ensure program designs can be effectively implemented by assisting them with managing change through strong communication, development of supporting policies and procedures, and creating administrative solutions to support the programs post implementation.

Marc takes a very hands on approach to working with clients that typically involves considerable face-to-face interaction with key stakeholders to help tailor solutions in ways that will work at each specific organization.

Marc has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) consulting as well as serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a large, integrated health system.
