Senior Client Partner and EMEA Lead, Culture, Change & Communication
Marc Burger is Managing Director with Korn Ferry and heading the firm’s Culture, Comms, and Change practice in EMEA. In addition, he is P&L responsible for Korn Ferry’s Advisory business in the Netherlands.
For over 20 years he is advising world-leading organizations at the intersection of strategy and culture change, with a deep focus on driving transformation on all levels in the organization with the aim to create value and improve business performance.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Marc held several top management positions – including CEO at Capgemini Invent and member of the Executive Board of Capgemini in The Netherlands. Before Capgemini, he worked – among others – at Deloitte and a culture boutique consultancy firm Trompenaars Hampden-Turner.
Marc is an expert in the field of Strategy, Culture, and Transformation. During his career, he has sold and led many large (international) business transformations – often at the CXO level – predominantly in the Manufacturing, Consumer Industry, and Life Science segment.
During his career, he has traveled extensively across the globe and worked and lived in Boston (US) and Nairobi (Kenya). Currently, he is living in the Netherlands.
Marc is a Dutch national and holds a Ph.D. on the topic of ‘Culture Led Business Transformation’ from Ashcroft International Business School (UK). He lectured at several universities, including University of Amsterdam and Roffey Park.
