Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Manisha led Asia for another US headquartered executive search firm. She  was based in Singapore for 11 years driving Asia wide agendas for clients in the Financial Services  domain. Her focus was Corporate and Investment Banking, Alternatives, Corporate Finance, Private  Equity firms and their Portfolio companies. Before moving to Singapore in 2010, Manisha spent 10  years with Korn Ferry in India as a Client Partner establishing the Global Financial Markets footprint for  the firm in the country. Earlier in her career, Manisha spent 5 years with the Taj and Oberoi Group of  Hotels in Corporate Sales.

Over a career spanning two and a half decades, Manisha has held senior executive and board positions  that have given her both operating and strategic planning experience related to leadership hiring.  Experience that lends credibility to the consultative advice she provides to boards of directors and chief  executives of some of the most prominent corporations in the region. Manisha has placed members of  the boards of directors, CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, COOs, CDOs and other senior management positions in  Asia with a special focus on India.

Manisha holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Rajasthan and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communications from the University of Punjab.
