Lorne has worked in consulting and professional services throughout his career serving a variety of industries and across geographies.  His extensive knowledge of learning and development relentless focus on client success and ability to design solutions that are elegant, practical, and effective, which deliver revenue growth, increase market share, an extension of brand value, improved efficiency, enhance quality and optimize asset utilization.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Hamilton led the Life Sciences Practice at NIIT, served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Performance Development Group, Capability Principal at Xerox Learning Services, and Executive Director at Intrepid Learning Solutions.

Hamilton has completed graduate studies at INSEAD and holds a BA in Business from Michigan State University.

Lorne lives in Michigan and enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
