Loralee has spent more than 15 years working for Salo in a variety of finance-related roles. After starting as a senior level finance consultant, she became a Salo business development director (BDD) and rose up the ranks. Today, Loralee is vice president, national finance sales, where she leads the nationwide finance team, drives client success, and ensures meaningful opportunities for our consultants.

Before Korn Ferry, Loralee was a certified public accountant who worked at EY in expatriate tax services providing direction for organizations developing expatriate programs, Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur as assistant controller responsible for all global consolidated reporting, and Deloitte as a senior auditor. She earned her accounting degree at the University of Minnesota Duluth and completed graduate coursework at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Loralee is currently a finance committee member for The Arc Minnesota, an organization that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In the past, Loralee has been a board member for HandsOn Twin Cities and served as treasurer for Companies to Classrooms.

Loralee lives in Excelsior, Minnesota.  She enjoys yoga, pilates, golf, travel, trying new restaurants and using her Peloton bike.  She has 3 grown children, 2 of which live out of state, and 1 who is local and has followed her mother’s footsteps enjoying a career in the interim space.
