In her role, Ms. McCann will provide delivery and operational leadership to expand Korn Ferry's global capabilities across Korn Ferry's integrated solution product suite and services. She will also lead the Products Organization's strategic innovation initiatives working closely with Korn Ferry's Advisory, RPO, and Professional Search leadership teams to ensure a One Korn Ferry experience to all customers.

She brings to the firm over 25 years of experience working at SAP America most recently serving as the Chief Innovation and Operating Officer for SAP's $1.8B North America's Service Business. She led the NA services GTM Innovation Centers of Excellence created to support early adoption of Cloud base and intelligent technology solutions and services.

Ms. McCann has been instrumental in growing SAP's capabilities and service offerings to enable the success of SAP customer implementations while leading large professional sales and consulting teams. She has led highly complex digital transformation engagements as the trusted customer executive partner across various roles at SAP.

Ms. McCann is passionate about growing diverse teams and businesses through change while fostering a culture of learning innovation and success. She is an advocate and mentor to rising female talent and active with Boston College Connection Mentoring Program and Member of The Council for Women of Boston College.

Ms. McCann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Boston College School of Management and is a former practicing CPA at Price Waterhouse.
