Global Project Director, RPO

Laura Devlin is currently partnering with the Lonza HR Leadership team as a Global Project Director, to drive the success of Lonza’s new digital onboarding initiative, leveraging Enboarder as the technology solution.

Laura re-joined Korn Ferry in May 2019 as a RPO Project Manager overseeing the EMEA region for one of Korn Ferry’s large global RPO clients (PayPal).

In this role, Laura was responsible for operational delivery, continuous improvement and talent acquisition strategy on the PayPal account across EMEA, with key markets including; Ireland, the UK, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.

This role included consultation with PayPal global and regional leadership to enhance recruitment strategy across key skills and EMEA markets, improving candidate experience, driving internal career development, streamlining hiring processes and creating meaningful reporting.

This role had a focus on building Market Intelligence and candidate sourcing strategies aligned with data- driven knowledge.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Laura dedicated her professional career providing strategic oversight to improving candidate experience and process improvements for clients across APAC and North America.

With over 14 years of experience in recruitment including process design, implementation, sourcing strategy development and management of delivery programs, Laura is passionate about sharing and developing talent acquisition best practices.

Earlier in her career, Laura worked with Korn Ferry in the Rewards and Engagement space across the APAC region working with key clients on continuous development of employees with an emphasis on retention.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in LLB Law from Liverpool John Moore’s University.
