Klaus Heldman is a Senior Client Partner and a core member of the Global Consumer Markets and the Centre of Expertise for Financial Officers in our Zurich Office with a Europe, Asia incl. China as well as global remit.

With his deep Asian and European exposure as well as his high-touch commitment, Mr. Heldman established sustainable relationships with boards and C-level of international organizations including family- and private equity-controlled clients. Major themes are acceleration, transformation, diversity and digitalization for future readiness and value creation.

Mr. Heldman, acts as Advisor to international clients delivering integrated, diversified solutions for boards and leadership teams across. He is actively involved in conducting regional and global senior-level assignments serving a variety of businesses including consumer-facing clusters as Retail, Luxury, Digital, Products, Sourcing, Services and related Verticals.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry from another leading search firm, Mr. Heldman has executed numerous senior executive search assignments for more than ten years.

With over a decade of CFO and Executive Board Member responsibility as well as more than twenty years on-ground experience in Asia, Singapore and not least China give Mr. Heldman first-hand understanding of the global business and leadership opportunities. He has also held functional leadership positions in finance and corporate affairs. Mr. Heldman began his career with Arthur Andersen in auditing and business advisory.

Additionally, Mr. Heldman is also a practicing non-executive director on outside boards.

Mr. Heldman earned an honors degree in Economics from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. He also has a degree in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, with a focus on corporate finance, strategy and operations. In addition, Klaus completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and the Postgraduate Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma. He speaks English, German, Dutch and Norwegian.
