After graduating from Texas A&M University, Kindra began her career working in agricultural sales for just under 5 years. Working with top performers in the agriculture industry, her communication and presentation skills allowed her to transfer these qualities to executive recruitment.

Kindra joined Lucas Group in 2022 and has since served a diverse client and candidate portfolio. Working with Houston’s top accounting and finance executives she ensures that both side’s needs are being met and continues to maintain relationships far after placements are made.
