Mr. Gagan has extensive experience in implementing scalable development solutions at all levels of an organization across a variety of topics including leadership, career mobility, DEI, sales, and transformation. He has expertise in designing and implementing complex, global projects which create positive outcomes for individuals and value for the organization.

Mr.Gagan has worked in consulting and professional services throughout his career as a management consultant, business operator, and board member. 

Prior to joining Korn Kerry in 2022, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director for boutique consulting firms. Prior to that, Mr.Gagan was on the global executive team of LHH, where he helped build LHH into the global leader in Workforce Transformation, including a significant Talent Development & Executive Coaching business. His roles at LHH included EVP, Global Sales & Marketing, and EVP, Strategy & practice Development.

He has also worked in other leading consulting and executive search firms. Mr.Gagan began his career with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and was an Associate Partner in the Financial Services practice specializing in Change Management.

Mr. Gagan serves on the Board of Insala and is a former Advisory Board Member for an HR/Tech SaaS company.

Mr. Gagan holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.
