Kelly joined Lucas Group (now Korn Ferry) in 2017 as a Senior Partner.  In March 2020, she was promoted to Sr. Branch Managing Partner over the Houston Finance & Accounting practice.  Since then, she has been promoted twice and now leads the Eastern Region’s Finance & Accounting practice for Professional Search Services.  The East Region includes offices in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Washington D.C., and Ft. Lauderdale/Miami. 

Since beginning her career in finance & accounting recruiting in 2004, Kelly has sat on local boards of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance (AFWA); she has also interviewed more than 5,000 accounting & finance professionals. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kelly was International Rookie of the Year and a top performer for an international recruiting firm for ten years and ran her own recruiting firm in Florida for three years. Kelly’s extensive knowledge of and experience in her field set her apart from her competitors and ensure she makes strategic matches for every position. 

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with minors in Marketing and Industrial Psychology from Georgia Tech as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
