Ms. Bell brings more than 20 years of experience supporting multi-site health care services companies, hospitals, integrated delivery networks, payers, health care technology companies, and academic health systems.

Katie Bell, Senior Client Partner, is a Global Account Leader in Korn Ferry's Healthcare Practice. She specializes in improving business performance by aligning and optimizing her clients' workplace and patient strategies. Her expertise includes advising organizations throughout the entire talent management cycle; recruiting the right employees; enhancing culture and improving the customer experience; revamping performance management; designing employee well-being programs; optimizing organizational design; and enhancing leadership development and coaching. Before joining Korn Ferry, Katie was with a global executive search firm specializing in C-Suite Talent recruitment.

Prior to this role, Ms. Bell served in several leadership positions at the Advisory Board Company and Gallup, where she designed and had oversight of go-to-market teams and strategy along with research content, industry products and key global events to drive successful business growth. She holds extensive consulting experience with focus on organizational development, talent management and workforce wellness.

Ms. Bell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has completed Executive Education coursework at Harvard University in Cambridge. She is an advisory board member for WBL (Women Business Leaders in the Healthcare Industry) and HINRI (The Healthcare Institute for National Renewal and Innovation). She is a published author and frequent guest speaker.
