Having joined Korn Ferry in 1996, Ms. Diamantopoulos provides Search and Management Assessment services and advises organizations for their Talent and Leadership requirements in all sectors. These organisations encompass Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Technology, Financial Services, Industry, Retail, and Energy sectors. She is LTC/Lominger certified.

Ms. Diamantopoulos has led major recruitment projects and delivered start-ups of the magnitude of the Athens International Airport and the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games Athens 2004. She is also delivering LTC assignments at regional level for major multinational players in the various markets where they are active.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Diamantopoulos was a Senior Manager for Deloitte. Before relocating to Greece, she worked in Financial Services in the Netherlands and spent more than five years in East Africa, based in Kenya, with an investment company active in the areas of export, tourism and real estate development and management. She started her career in the Banking sector in Athens, Greece.

Ms. Diamantopoulos earned an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Athens. She holds a degree in European Integration in Economics from the Europa Instituut of the Amsterdam University and is an alumnus of the Diplomatic Academy of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
