Managing Partner, Pennsylvania, Co-Leader, Impact Investing

Ms. Shattuck is the Managing Partner of Korn Ferry’s Pennsylvania team and founder and Global Co-Leader of the firm’s Impact Investing, ESG & Sustainability practice.

She is a core member of Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Markets with expertise in building and developing effective leadership teams at the C-suite, board and senior executive levels. Her experience includes Consumer Banking, Asset Management and Family Offices.  She works closely with the firm's Chief Financial Officers, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Board Practices.

She has executed recent search assignments for chief executive officers, chief financial officers, chief sustainability officers, Heads of ESG and investment team members. Her clients have included Prudential, Vanguard, Ford Foundation, the McKnight Foundation, LISC, the Low Income Investment Fund, the National Equity Fund, Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone, the GIIN, Capricorn Investment Group, the Drawdown Fund, KKR, Kohlberg & Co, Platinum Equity Partners, Paine Schwartz Partners, Detroit Land Bank and the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation as well as many banks and credit unions. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked as chief operations officer and corporate senior vice president at the PenFed Foundation, leading a micro-credit fund, housing assistance, grants and programs for economically disadvantaged veterans. She served at Morgan Creek Capital and Morgan Stanley in business development roles. 

She is a United States Army veteran with company command leadership and experience globally in Kuwait, Bosnia and South Korea.

Ms. Shattuck holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The United States Military Academy at West Point.  She serves as a Board Member of Citizen & Northern Bank (Nasdaq: CZNC) and also serves the Women’s Advisory Council and Nominating Committee for the Girl Scouts of the National Capital Region.  She served West Point as a volunteer for over fifteen years, culminating in service as a Director for the West Point Association of Graduates, with service as Chair, Ethics Committee and Vice-Chair, Finance Committee.
