With over a decade of executive and professional search experience in Japan and Asia Pacific, Kan has supported a wide range of clients including start-up, global Japanese and multinational companies focusing on Business Unit Leadership, Functional Direct Reports, and Strategic Hires engagements with a well-rounded functional expertise ranging from commercial, technical operations to general management.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kan worked at a recognized global retained executive search firm where he contributed to building and transforming leadership teams for clients across the Industrial & Automotive, Consumer, Professional Services, and Technology industry sectors.

Kan holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from International University of Japan (under Matsushita International Scholarship Program) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Schiller- Stamford University (Thailand).
