Mr. Lee specializes in human resource (HR) strategy, organizational development, leadership development, and talent management.

Mr. Lee has not only extensive consulting experience but also industry experience over the past 22 years in various aspects of organizations and people development. He has successfully partnered with Korean companies as well as multinational companies and provided differentiated value to the clients based on his various experience.

Mr. Lee works with top teams and leaders to help them improve their organizational and HR effectiveness. He works with clients in a wide range of industries including energy, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, engineering and construction, financial services, broadcasting and media, public sectors, and conglomerates.

Mr. Lee works closely with clients to improve their organizational effectiveness through organizational design, culture transformation, performance management, talent management and partnering with clients to identify and clarify HR strategy. He also focuses on leadership transformation, aligning the development of leaders with organizational capability through executive coaching and feedback.

Mr. Lee holds a bachelor's degree in public administration from Korea University and a master's degree of business administration in strategy and organization from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) Graduate School of Management.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a project manager at Mercer and worked for DACOM, Telecommunication Company in Korea for six years on HR team.
