After more than a decade in a successful career as an attorney practicing in New York, Ms. Preng embarked upon executive search, employing her wealth of legal knowledge and experience.  She focuses on the recruitment of senior-level executives in the Legal and Compliance professions.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Preng was a partner at another global executive search firm, where she specialized in the Legal and Compliance functions and was a member of the firm's 401k Committee.

Ms. Preng has been widely quoted in the New York Times, Inside Counsel magazine, The Oprah Magazine, Compliance Reporter and other publications.  She has written several articles that have been published, including articles in the March 2013 issue of the International In-House Counsel Law Journal, and two articles in Inside Counsel Magazine.  Ms. Preng also was featured on the cover of Minority Corporate Counsel Association's "Diversity and the Bar" anniversary issue magazine.

Ms. Preng received her Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from New York University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
