Senior Vice President & General Manager, North America RPO, Senior Client Partner
Juliana Barela is the Senior Vice President & General Manager for Korn Ferry RPO North America. Based out of the Firm’s Los Angeles office and responsible for Korn Ferry’s North America RPO business and client experience. She also serves as Executive Sponsor for key global clients and focuses on strategy, service excellence, and innovation.
Ms. Barela is a talent acquisition business executive with organizational development expertise who has more than 20 years of experience in RPO talent acquisition and enjoys partnering with clients to deliver solutions tailored to their talent needs.
Ms. Barela has been responsible for providing client strategy, executive leadership, results and governance for global and North American clients.
Ms. Barela has worked across industries, including Technology, Consumer, Financial Services, FinTech, and Industrial. Prior to joining Korn Ferry RPO she held RPO leadership roles at multiple RPO Providers. At Cielo Juliana held a VP leadership role, leading Global clients across industries. She also was appointed to the corporate Operations Board where she served as an advisor to the business. She has experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive for clients, driving change management plans; implementing social media initiatives and developing teams to deliver day to day results. Prior, Juliana has over twenty years experience in RPO and Talent led teams focused on delivering scalable solutions for Professional Services clients and Technology clients.
Ms. Barela holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a master’s degree in organizational development from Colorado State University.
