With over 28 years of management consulting experience, Jorge brings a rich and in-depth business insight to Korn Ferry customers. Working with clients from various segments, his focus is to help clients find solutions related to improving governance and talent management in strategic positions for organizations, applying their knowledge and experience in business and management aspects.

As a leader in Board Practice, he has built partnerships with clients to help them with board recruitment, advice structuring and evaluating boards, board compensation, other ESG related issues, mobilizing Korn Ferry's best resources and professionals in every situation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jorge worked for nine years at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was the partner responsible for Financial Services Practice in Brazil and Latin America, and subsequently for Infrastructure and Public Services. Managed important projects with leading institutions on topics such as strategy, operations, organization and governance, risk management, marketing and distribution channels, new business evaluation, etc.

Previously, he established his own consulting firm focused on financial industry, specializing in risk management, treasury, capital markets and management controls.

He is currently a member of the AACD Board of Directors and coordinator of its Human Resources Committee.

Jorge earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Escola Politecnica (USP), as well as MSc and PhD degrees in business administration, both from FEA-USP. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
