Jonathan is a Senior Client Partner helping clients to transform their organisations successfully through a focus on world-class leadership.
Mr. Magee is accountable for serving the needs of public sector clients, ensuring clients benefit from the full range of Korn Ferry support.
He also consults for a range of clients across the public and private sector.
Mr. Magee focuses on strategy alignment with people and organisation change, which includes strategy decode, building organisational capability, board and executive team development and change management.
Mr. Magee leads a community of 100+ consultants focused on public sector work across EMEA, and is a global go-to person for Korn Ferry's public sector activity.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Jonathan worked in social housing and charities to develop local communities.
Mr. Magee holds a MBA from the University of Gloucestershire in which his dissertation looked at preserving intangible value during merger and acquisition and has a BA(hons) in Human Geography from Liverpool John Moores University. He is also certified as a Prince2 Practitioner and completed the Cranfield High Performing Teams Programme.
