Jonathan brings with him a passion for teaching, facilitating, coaching and advising clients so that they can get the results they need (often above their expectations). He always seeks to over-deliver value to the client, to earn their trust over the long-term.

Jonathan started his career as a systems engineer at an automation and protection technology provider in Malaysia. After another engineering role in the UK, he was handpicked to build and lead an engineering team in China to manage a CNY 1bn project (across 5 phases) for a real estate developer. Leading a team of 6 experienced local engineers, he successfully delivered the Phase 1 project on time and on budget.

After 9 years in engineering roles, Jonathan decided to make a career transition to management consulting to make a bigger impact on the world and test his limits.

This led Jonathan to pursue an MBA at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, where he leveraged his passion for consulting to work on consulting projects for Amazon, Sony and CNBC.

Post MBA, Jonathan joined Malaysia Blue Ocean Strategy Institute, where he supported the Malaysian Government to create innovative National Blue Ocean Strategy initiatives by leveraging opportunities for “Public-Private-People” collaboration.

Jonathan later joined a leading training and people development consulting company in Malaysia where he trained and/or coached over 1000 future business leaders.

Jonathan holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. He is a certified HRDCorp trainer.
