Mr. Kaspers focuses on construction and infrastructure clients, with particular emphasis on the growing U.S. construction and support services sectors. Within this market, he has undertaken a wide range of searches, which have included all levels of functional, technical, and financial appointments, including chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, project management, and project financing roles.

Mr. Kaspers has partnered with Fortune 500, private equity, and venture capital backed companies to build their leadership teams at the most senior levels.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2007, he was an account executive at a global direct marketing and printing company where he managed Fortune 500 client relationships.

Mr. Kaspers started his business career in advertising, where he served the automotive, financial, and consumer markets.

He graduated with a bachelor of arts in communications from the University of Michigan.
