He has over 20 years’ experience as a functional HR search specialist operating across the UK, Europe and APAC. This includes a track record across a variety of sectors including listed businesses, global corporates as well as leading private equity, financial and professional services firms.

His role focuses on supporting businesses to assess and recruit HR leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officers, Group and Divisional HRDs and senior HR generalists. 

He also manages search assignments across all HR specialisms including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisational Development & Culture, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services, HRIS, Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Relations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry John spent 20 years with another listed recruitment company and 2 years with a global boutique HR executive search firm. He has experience operating across multiple geographies which includes 10 years living in Sydney serving clients across APAC.

John is a graduate of Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh.
