Working globally with senior management teams, he specializes in the design and implementation of talent management programs. Jerry's first career was as a British Army officer where he served internationally for ten years.
In his last role Jerry architected & launched innovative leadership & talent management solutions, transforming participant experiences.
Jerry has deployed innovative talent solutions for the likes of HSBC & Credit Suisse across Asia, Merck-MSD & Deloitte across EMEA, Bank of America & Gap Inc in the Americas.
Jerry is passionate about the value of digital internal talent marketplaces, enterprise-wide succession & precision talent management - meeting the unmet needs of colleagues & candidates with imaginative solutions that also have direct impact on business outcomes.
Jerry earned his honors degree in Mathematics & Software Engineering from Nottingham University in the UK.
