Jennifer is well respected for her ability to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic solutions and drive transformation through a commercial, client, and people-centric lens. Jennifer’s ability to lead stakeholders through ambiguity, coupled with her strong solution orientation, drives growth, innovation and high performance.

Jennifer has previously held roles in Korn Ferry’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing business where she led the Talent Delivery Network and resource management function. She also led the Project Management Office in Korn Ferry’s Advisory team, partnering closely with clients and internal consultants to deliver project outcomes across multiple industries and solution areas.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jennifer held a variety of business unit and enterprise-wide roles in professional services, as well as the Australian Defence Organisation. She also has experience in the transport and financial services industry.

Operating across a broad range of functions, Jennifer has a strong portfolio of experience in change and transformation, strategy and operations, M&A, talent management and project, program and portfolio management.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from UNSW AGSM and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Most recently, Jennifer has completed the Project Management Professional Development Program and has attained the Korn Ferry Leadership Solution accreditation.
