Before transitioning to the RPO division, Ms. Kesterson worked as the Director of Business Development for the Project Recruitment business, helping solution mid-to-high volume opportunities for clients across all industries and markets who had event driven needs. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Kesterson was a Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs & Co.  During her time in the financial services industry, she was responsible for identifying and bringing in new business, as well as connecting existing clients to all resources and capabilities within the firm.

Prior to that, she worked in New York City managing the North American wholesale business for some of the world’s leading luxury fashion houses, such as ESCADA and Burberry. 

Ms. Kesterson is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business.

She currently serves on as the Vice President for the Dallas Business Club organization as well as a board member for Young Texans Against Cancer. Ms. Kesterson is also very involved with the SMU Alumni group and the Texas Women of Wall Street group.
