Jen holds a BA in Media/Communications and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. She spent 15 years as a licensed therapist, state supervisor and as a faculty member at St. Mary’s University, MN.  Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jen worked with Life Time where she spearheaded an innovative Internal Performance and Leadership program, serving over 10,000 team members in 170 locations nationwide.

Jen currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ where she enjoys a good game of golf, exploring amazing landscapes, and time with her family.
