As a member of the Healthcare Practice leadership team, he is involved in all aspects of Korn Ferry’s Healthcare Practice business development, and client service, including: Executive Search, Professional Search, Interim Hiring, Physician Recruitment, Volume Hiring, RPO, Management Consulting, and Digital Solutions.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Jeff was a Partner at a leading management consulting firm, where he held numerous leadership positions including: Healthcare Practice Leader, Co-Founder of the Predictive Analytics Practice, & Customer Insights Lead Partner. He reported to the firm’s Chm and CEO. Before his time in consulting, Jeff held operational and financial roles at Stryker Corporation. 

Jeff earned his B.S. in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, with an emphasis in Management Information Systems, and his MBA from the University of Nebraska.

Jeff is an active member of his community, serving on Purdue University’s School of Management Board of Directors, Junior Achievement of Georgia Board of Directors, and holding leadership positions in the Georgia Boy Scouts of America organization.

Jeff resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and three children. Jeff enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and reading in his free time.
