Jeff Constable is the Office Managing Partner for Korn Ferry's New York office and Senior Client Partner. He leads the firm’s Financial Officers Practice in North America and co-leads it globally.
Jeff Constable is a change-maker. Throughout his career, he’s sought to transform minds, first as an award-winning math teacher and now as a guide for some of the largest organizations in the world as they embark on leadership transitions, succession planning initiatives, and talent assessments. His favorite projects are those that change the trajectory of an individual or an organization.
Jeff joined Korn Ferry in October 2020 after 18 years at another of the world’s top executive search and leadership advisory firms. Throughout his decades of experience in the talent business, Jeff has earned a strong reputation as a trusted advisor. He has a knack for helping business leaders understand, identify, and develop candidates who are the best fit for executive roles. Jeff has been featured in CFO, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Agenda, and the San Francisco Business Times for his work with CFOs and other senior financial leaders.
Jeff earned an AB in mathematics from Duke University and an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan. He currently serves on the advisory board of NewSpring Holdings, a middle-market private equity investment holding company, and has previously served on several nonprofit boards.
