Prior to joining Korn Ferry Jake was a Partner for a a multinational search firm located in London where he was a member of the Global Technology & Services practice, and the firm's global leader for Consulting & Advisory.

Jake has over twenty years' experience in executive search to the Professional and Technology Services sectors, with international experience including Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific and North America.

His work has varied from hiring market facing Partners for Professional and IT Services firms functional and leadership roles including CEO, Board and Functional Leadership roles in the Services sector.

He has successfully completed projects for companies ranging from start-ups to large multinationals, both publicly and privately held.

Prior to being a Partner for a a multinational search firm, Jake ran the Technology & Professional Services Practice for a boutique search firm in Australia and prior to that he was a senior manager with a London search firm that concentrated on pan-European assignments in technology and professional services.

After graduating from Exeter University in English Literature Jake started his career in London as a researcher at the House of Commons before working as a journalist for Telegraph Magazines on political and legal features.
