Hilary is Practice Leader for Financial Services, UK & Ireland and an experienced advisor to clients across financial services on matters relating to talent acquisition, succession, and development. She has specific expertise in consumer and commercial banking, wealth management and Fintech executive and Board search.
Hilary has over eighteen years of professional services experience. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she led the EMEA Financial Services business of another global search firm and was a core member of the Financial Services and Boards practices. She has also worked with many international clients and has lived and worked in Mumbai.
Hilary brings experience across major universal banks and Fintechs, consumer finance businesses, payments, private equity and early-stage venture backed businesses. She has worked across a range of Board and C-level roles including FTSE 100 Chair and CEO succession projects, functional roles and digitally focused executive and Board search.
Hilary is committed to helping her clients attract and develop candidates from a range of diverse backgrounds, she has also helped many non-executives join their first Board.
Hilary has an undergraduate degree in Music from Oxford University.
