Mr. Alch has partnered with KF’s clients to implement new HR tools & products throughout their organizations. He has helped companies advance their HR procedures through use of our SaaS Platform called Intelligence Cloud & Expert Apps.  Harrison has worked with several companies on content integration to HCM systems to prepare clients job documentation for go-live as well as supporting job consolidation efforts / job architecture initiatives.  He is invested in helping his clients achieve effective workforce plan & driving a strong talent strategy to achieve their business objectives.  Harrison works to deliver an OneKF experience for all it’s clients.

Mr. Alch joined Korn Ferry’s Digital team in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a boutique professional search firm that specialized in recruiting executives and their direct reports in the aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing industries. Since 2012 he has helped turnaround underperforming corporate / production facilities and their leadership teams by sourcing strategic talent and recruiting seasoned professionals to take their careers to the next level. 

Mr. Alch’s  areas of expertise include HCM tools (Workday & Success Factors), learning solutions, compensation tools/data, talent acquisitions software, leadership/talent development assessments, work measurement, job architecture, and Korn Ferry’s entire product suite.

Harrison has strong understanding the talent management, LXP market, helping clients shape a digital learning strategy.

He currently works with a variety of chemical, industrial, fast moving consumer goods, and tech companies.

Mr. Alch  received his bachelors degree in political science specializing in international relations from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
