As a member of Korn Ferry Singapore’s advisory team, Ms. Aribas’ scope of work covers executive coaching for senior executives, designing tailored leadership development journeys, facilitating workshops & group coaching sessions and providing feedback on psychometric assessments.
Her experience as a leadership development consultant includes many multinational organizations in various industries such as Technology, Biomedical, FMCG, Finance, Insurance. Team Effectiveness, Culture Change, Conflict Management, Meaning and Purpose, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion are some of her focus areas.
Being an executive coach, her style focuses on the whole person, inspiring a transformational self-discovery for leaders to overcome self-limiting beliefs and perform at their best.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked in world’s leading fast-moving goods company, Unilever, for two decades, where she managed multi-cultural teams across the globe from Americas to Middle East, Africa to Asia Pacific. Her last role was Procurement Director for Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, working closely with CEOs and board members. She has the unique ability to combine business acumen from years of management experience with a passion and skillset for uncovering one’s best self.
She designed and facilitated impactful workshops, combined with coaching for senior executives/board members on purpose, leading change, team effectiveness and culture.
Ms Aribas attained her MSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG) in France and her BSc from Galatasaray University in Turkiye. She also has a Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology from The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore and had her coaching training at Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and she is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach.
She is certified for various Korn Ferry psychometric and competency assessment tools and holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance, by Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications
