Giorgio is a Senior Client Partner in the Global Consumer practice based in Korn Ferry's Zurich office.

Giorgio draws on a distinguished track record of leadership, innovation, and strategic execution in the consumer goods and retail industry, to help CPG multinational organizations unlock their full human capital potential, from talent acquisition to broader leadership development. He is passionate about helping clients transforming their businesses through talent and organizational capability building.

He is committed to using his deep industry knowledge, strategy and sales and marketing expertise and extensive experience in CEO roles to enhance client relationships and talent acquisition success.

Giorgio brings over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry, having worked across publicly quoted and privately owned companies, and on transformational initiatives including growth strategy, post merger integration, cost reduction, commercial effectiveness, HR transformation, supply network re-design and process automation.

Giorgio has worked across a wide range of categories, including fresh produce (fruit), snacks, petfood, beverages, paper, health and beauty care, including work on luxury and fashion brands, and household cleaning products. His different roles have taken him to markets across Europe, North and Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan and China.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Giorgio served on Global Leadership teams at leading consumer goods companies.

Most recently a Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal, he previously served as Executive Board Member and CEO for Europe and North America at Zespri International, the world’s largest marketer of kiwifruit and one of the most innovative companies in the Fresh Produce industry.

Prior to that, he held various general management, sales and marketing executive roles at Procter & Gamble, where he started his career in the graduate program in customer business development.

Giorgio graduated in Business Administration from the University of Turin with a major in International Marketing, and holds a Digital Strategy, Analytics and AI Executive Program degree from IMD Lausanne.

A native Italian, he speaks English and French fluently, and has basic knowledge of Spanish and German.
