Ms. Ramsauer is a core member of two major Korn Ferry Practice Groups: Global Industrial & Mobility and Global Technology Markets. 

Before joining Korn Ferry in May 2016, Floriane Ramsauer was Partner at another major executive search firm for almost nine years, based in Munich, Germany.

She gained excellent and broad experience in executive search, leadership advisory and succession as well as an in-depth market
know-how in different industries.

Floriane is appointing and developing the CEOs and top management teams as well as Supervisory Boards across different sectors, working with clients from family-owned to hidden champions and large global corporations.

She started her professional career at the British Telecom Group. In her various positions at this major incumbent, Floriane Ramsauer was working in Sales, Strategy and HR for the Enterprise Divison. After seven years working in the telecommunications industry for the Group and working in London, Brussels and Munich, she pursued her career in the Executive Search business as of 2007.

Floriane Ramsauer has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau, Germany, where she focused on People & Organizational Development and Production & Logistics.

She is Alumni of Georgetown University, Study of Diplomacy / Walsh School of Foreign Service in  Washington D.C., USA.
