Dr. Falayi works to activate leadership capabilities and strategies. His responsibilities include executive coaching, client development, design and development of inclusive leadership programs that drive organizational goals, improve employee and stakeholders’ satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

With his 28 years of cumulative experience, Flo focuses on helping clients execute on their strategy through enterprise- wide effective leadership capabilities and coaching.

In addition to his senior executive consulting experience, Flo has held roles as a practitioner/executive with large global firms with P&L accountabilities across different functional areas, including HR, Business Technology, L&D, and Training.

Dr. Falayi has a diverse working background spanning North America, Europe and West Africa and leverages research backed psychological principles to address complex leadership and management issues.

Flo works with senior leaders as a strategic advisor, executive coach and conducts leadership assessments, 360s/evaluations for succession planning, personal development and coaching.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a co-founder of a boutique consulting company and a principal at a global consulting firm. He writes on leadership development, coaching and inclusive talent strategies. He has been featured and quoted in multiple publications and is a frequent speaker on the topic of inclusive leadership, hybrid leadership and coaching strategies.

Flo is a YALE scholar, holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School, and a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems from Illinois State University. He is certified in the suite of Korn Ferry Assessment Tools and holds a Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation certified (ACC). He is a member of the American Psychology Association, Change Management Professionals, Project Management Institute and the Forbes Coaches Council.
