Fatih is the finance and technology industry leader as well as the reward management solution leader in Korn Ferry. Joined Korn Ferry as of March 2019 and works as a Senior Principal.
Fatih has consultancy and business development experience in many institutions, especially in banking and insurance, in the finance and technology sector.
He has experience in projects in the field of strategy formation and planning, banking and insurance transformation programs, organization design, strategic workforce planning, reward and performance management system design, agile transformation, customer experience, process design and improvement.
Fatih identifies the needs by working with leaders in line with company strategies and provides value-driven, applicable solutions by evaluating sector dynamics and best practice.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Fatih worked at Deloitte, Yapi Kredi Bank (UniCredit), Garanti Pension and Life and SFS Consulting.
He has a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, During his professional career he participated in numerous development programs including Management and Leadership programs.
Fatih also participated in seminars on various subjects related to finance sector in Turkey and abroad as a speaker and prepared sector reports.
He holds certificates in Project Management Professional – PMP, Professional Scrum Master – PSM, Professional Scrum Product Owner – PSPO and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Fatih has a fluent level of English.
