Ms. Gadow joins Korn Ferry from a boutique consulting firm specializing in integrated solutions combining change management, HR strategy, leadership, talent & diversity.

Earlier in her career she has a successful track record with high-level corporate HR roles in prestigious companies: LA Regional Human Resources Partner Director at Deloitte, Human Resources Director at Suez Group (Aguas Argentinas), LA Regional Leadership Development VP and Consumer Banking HR Business Partner VP at Citibank, and HR Manager at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

She is very respected in the market and has a unique ability to unite corporate and consulting skills, and an integrated solutions knowledge, to develop business relationships and deliver with organizational impact.

As a recognized expert in talent management in Latin America, Ms Gadow has authored several publications and is a regular contributor to leading Argentinian newspapers. She is also a graduate teacher at relevant universities.

Ms.Gadow earned her M.A. in Human Resources Education from Boston University, and her B.A. in Science Education from Buenos Aires University. She is member of the Argentina Advisory Council of Vital Voices Foundation.
