Emma brings over 15 years of executive search and consulting experience across the real estate sector. She has broad knowledge of the industry, having partnered with private equity firms, institutional fund managers, hedge funds, public REITs, sovereign wealth funds, advisory firms and private owners and developers throughout her caree

Emma has a track record of completing searches in major US markets and across a variety of real estate investing strategies spanning equity and debt, and all asset classes. She has extensive experience covering acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, capital formation and development search mandates.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Emma was a Managing Partner of a global real estate boutique search firm for over 10 years, where she launched and led the North American practice for 8 years. Before relocating to New York, she worked for a number of years covering real estate mandates in Australia.

Emma earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Property from the University of South Australia.
