Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Elsie worked for another global executive search firm where she led the Life Science & Healthcare practice for the Japanese market. Before entering the executive search industry, she worked at a leading Japanese electronics manufacturer in China and gained extensive knowledge and experience in broad commercial areas, covering global account management, sales growth, quality, and logistics.

Elsie grew up in Beijing, China, and moved to Japan in 2010. She speaks native Chinese, fluent English, and Japanese.
