Elise’s recent business solutions for clients include creating a leadership journey for all people managers globally at a Fortune 200 pharmaceutical company; deploying role-specific assessments to identify development opportunities for select employee populations; and preparing high-potential leaders to collaborate in a matrix environment at a global packaging company.

Elise’s expertise allows her to work with organizations including Merck, Sanofi, IQVIA, W.R. Grace, Bunzl, and Sealed Air.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Elise was a Director at CEB, now Gartner. She was responsible for a portfolio of C-suite executive relationships, adding value through organizational strategy, process improvement, and talent development consulting. Elise spent time as a Client Director at Disney Institute, leading large-scale solutions for corporate clients, focused on culture change and leadership development. She is known for her consultative and collaborative nature, always leading with the client’s needs.
