Next to his leadership role Mr. Krancher works across most areas of the firm’s expertise and mainly on the nexus between organization design and development, (top) team performance and, leadership and talent development. He likes to develop an integrated approach for organizations in these areas.

A central theme is always establishing or enhancing effectiveness in the organization, alignment in and strengthening (top) teams and strengthening the leadership and talent pool of the organization. He acts in the roles of “trusted advisor”, client relationship manager for large organizations and accounts, project manager, and (team) facilitator and coach.

Mr. Krancher’s previous experience in different cultures and companies contribute to his insight and ability to identify with an organization while keeping his independent advisory role.

He started his career as a commissioned officer with the Dutch Army. After his army service he joined Yacht Management as Interim HR Manager, working with several companies in the IT and Services Industry. He joined Korn Ferry (back then legacy Hay Group) in the Netherlands in 2001 and was with the Jakarta Indonesia office from 2008 – 2012, as part of the leadership team and leading the organization and team development practice. He re-joined the Dutch office in 2012 as Korn Ferry’s Industrial Market Leader for The Netherlands and currently holds the position of Head of Execution.

Ed holds a university degree in human resources from the Catholic University Tilburg, The Netherlands.
