Edith heads the Life Sciences Professional Search Practice in EMEA, managing a pan-European team of specialised consultants delivering customised recruitment solutions and consulting services for clients in Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Life Sciences Contract services, Healthcare Services and Agro Sciences.

Prior to moving in to the EMEA leadership role in 2018, Edith led the Biotech and Pharma R&D Sector, providing tailored talent solutions and partnering with businesses across Europe strategically delivering key talent in to pivotal leadership roles.

Edith started her career with Zeneca Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca), synthesising peptides and generating antibodies for discovery research activities.

Her industry background has been followed by nearly 20 years of life sciences talent attraction and consulting experience.

Edith has a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Nigeria
