Prior to his current role, Dominique served as Managing Director France & Spain and EMEA Leader, Global Consumer Market based in Paris.  

Dominique has conducted numerous high-level assignments across multiple industries and geographies spanning the Americas and Europe. His ability to provide the cultural bridge between those three continents is unmatched, as he has spent more than two decades in executive search in the United States, Europe and in Latin America.  

Recognized as one of the leading search professionals worldwide in The Global 200 Executive Recruiters, Dominique has established a strong reputation for building broad consultative relationships with his clients. 

Before his search career, he spent nine years with PwC in Geneva, New York and Caracas. 

Dominique represents the firm on the Board of Junior Achievement (JA) Americas and he is also a long-standing member of the YPO organization (currently member of YPO Gold), active in leadership roles in the US, Latin America and Europe. 

Dominique has a degree in business science from Fribourg State, Switzerland, and is a certified public accountant from the State University of New York.

He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
