As a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry, since 2003 he is a core member of the Firm’s Global Industrial Practice as well as Supply Chain, Transport, Service & Logistics Center of Expertise focusing on Executive Search and senior management projects in Poland, CEE and across Europe. He also heads the Shared Services (SSC/BPO/GBS) sub-practice for Poland and CEE.

As a Talent Consultant he also focuses on C-suite and senior management advisory and organizational development work.

Within Executive Search for multinationals, private equity and venture capital portfolio companies as well as privately held businesses, Mr. Falkowski works at senior and general management levels but also leverages his experience in functional areas (operations, plant management, including ‚Industry 4.0’, production and supply chain management, including ‚SCM 2.0’, procurement and sourcing, transport and logistics, operational planning, finance, B2B and B2B2C sales and marketing, R&D, Quality & maintenance, IT). In his search work Mr. Falkowski actively leverages “The Art & Science of Talent” – Korn Ferry’s unique approach to blending talent identification, recruitment, onboarding, management, retention and subsequent development.

In addition to his executive search roles, Mr. Falkowski is also a Korn Ferry Talent Consulting Partner with focus on Poland/ CEE/ Europe.

He is an active member of the group, offering advanced and integrated strategic human resource services along the entire HR value chain of a modern business entity, such as HR due diligence, post-merger integration, talent management and retention, talent benchmarking, succession planning, strategic effectiveness alignment, high potential management, High Potential (Learning Agility) assessments and differentiation, executive development, based on Korn Ferry’s IP and proprietary methodologies he is certified in.

Mr. Falkowski’s highest quality of service and professional support to his clients was already recognized in 2006, when he was granted the Firm’s “Excellence in Client Satisfaction” award. Since then,
he is regularly recognized within EMEA and globally for his highest client satisfaction ratings. Earlier in his career, he worked at another global top executive search firm conducting searches and management assessments in CEE for over six years focusing on industrial and consumer goods clients.

Between 1993 and 1997, Mr. Falkowski was a strategic management consultant and manager with McKinsey & Company in Poland/CEE, Europe and the U.S. for industrial, FMCG, high-tech and banking clients. Mr. Falkowski earned a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, with an additional Master of Business Administration degree from the London Business School, HEC School of Management from Paris and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration from Bergen - a joint program conducted at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Mr. Falkowski is fluent in Polish and English and has a working knowledge of French.
