Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2020, Diederik Kalff spent over 20 years in mainly the consumer and agriculture industry in different commercial and country/regional management roles.

He joined the search industry after working as  Managing Director New Markets at SanLucar, a globally positioned enterprise and premium brand for fruit and vegetables, based in Valencia (Spain).

Prior to this, Diederik spent 19 years as a senior leader with Heineken where he held various country/regional and commercial roles responsible for beer and non-alcoholic beverages. These roles gave Diederik a lot of experience with turnaround, start-up and joint venture scenarios. At his last role as Sales Director Africa at Heineken, Diederik led several key projects on digital transformation and revenue management. During his time at Heineken he and his family lived in various places such as Morocco, Austria, Northern Macedonia and DR Congo.

Before joining Heineken Diederik worked for KPN Telecom where he held marketing and sales positions.

Diederik is a Dutch national and has a BA in Business Economics from University of Groningen. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German and has a good understanding of French.
